Thermal Inspections

A drone scan with a thermal camera gives an accurate first impression of energy loss through the roof and other parts of the house. A heat scan shows all poorly insulated parts of the house or business premises and is a good basis for drawing up an improvement plan for the insulation. Detecting insulation leaks at an early stage limits maintenance costs and, in collaboration with tailor-made consultants, yields energy savings. Living in a moisture-free house not only has financial benefits, it is a lot healthier and more comfortable.

Roof Inspections

If roof insulation is not properly laid or the insulation has shrunk, insulation leaks will occur. The insulation leaks cause unpleasant consequences in the roof construction, partly as a result of cold bridges in the construction. Heat escapes through the roof and condensation forms. With the use of drones with thermal cameras, we can detect condensation in the roof construction at an early stage. Based on the heat photos, we can visualize the problems and action can be taken at an early stage to tackle the condensation problems.

Reporting

We are one of the first companies to use the latest Mavic Enterprise Advanced for inspections. With this drone we can not only create 4K video images and zoom in up to 32x, the drone is equipped with a high-resolution thermal image camera for heat scans of buildings and sites. Because the drone is also equipped with radiometric technology, we can accurately record the temperature of the object to be examined to within 1 degree Celsius. Based on professional software such as Dronedeploy and Pix4D, we compile reports with the results as desired.
